"Very dependable, great work. Kitchen faucets changed and repaired; another time they replaced basement faucets and they gave me good tips without charging me. I'm sold of their service and I will use them again." Google Review - Mike Smith - May 1, 2009

"Ken McConnell just did a conversion for us. He was helpful, responsive, polite and professional. He did the work as fast as he promised (which was very fast indeed), and did all the shepherding with National Grid. When there were problems with the installation which he did not anticipate, he took it upon himself to resolve the problem at his own expense. Worth every penny." "This September I wrote to recommend Ken McConnell, for the work he did for us in switching from an old oil boiler to a new gas one. Now that it has been working for a while, I want to recommend him even more strongly. Our bills are just what were predicted, the basement is cool now (before, the waste heat kept the basement sweltering), the entire process was painless, and he left the basement sparkling clean. Furthermore, there was one thing that I'd had some doubts about. He'd bid the job to continue to use our old water heating system. During the process, he ran into a snag. Without charging us, he replaced our hot water heating system as part of the bid. For all I know, he lost money in the deal. But we came home that night, and all was completed.
I'd been concerned that the new heater would be
insufficient for the home, or cost us more money to
run. It's been supplying plentiful hot water,
and left our bill relatively unaffected as far as
I can tell. (With a new gas heat and hot water
system, it's hard to be sure. If there are problems,
they are invisible.)
I tend to respect businessmen and tradesmen that
can handle the unexpected, and deliver an excellent
result. Plus, his price was right, and his service
was top-notch." Arlingtonlist.org - Mark Schuldenfrei
